Dressing:
1 can Crown Prince Anchovies, cut into thirds and thinly sliced Salad:
9 ounces cheese tortellini, cooked according to package and cooled |

Directions: In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and mix well. Set aside. Place tortellini in a large bowl with lettuce and cheese. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Top with croutons and tomatoes. |
