As the highest of the three grades of crab that we offer, the taste and appearance sets this crab in a class by itself. The can contains all white body meat and is considered an excellent alternative to our more expensive lump product. Try this product in salads, soufflés and crab cakes. Fancy Pink Crab Meat is the value grade of crab in our line. The can contains all pink body meat. Because this product is more abundantly available, it offers the perfect balance between quality and price. This product is perfect for casseroles and dips.
